Does The Outside Of My Lang Trailer Ever Need To Be Cleaned

Does The Outside Of My Lang Trailer Ever Need To Be Cleaned Absolutely. You would wash and wax your Lamborghini before you hit the road, wouldn’t you? The outside of your Lang Restroom Trailer is the first thing your customer notices. Even though all Lang Trailers are made of a Gel Coated Fiberglass, and are extremely durable, they do need to be washed and waxed from time to time. Many future rental referrals and rental business happen from the events you are renting your restroom trailer.  You won’t get many calls for restroom rentals if the outside of the trailer is covered with water spots, bird poop and road grime.

The solution is simple. Wash the outside of the restroom trailer with a basic car wash detergent, and apply a coat of Meguiar’s Marine/RV Quik Wax #59. Spray the Quik Wax on, spread it evenly over the surface with a clean 100% cotton terry cloth towel, allow it to haze over and then buff it off with another clean cloth. This is the process we used before every Lang Restroom trailer, Shower Trailer or Laundry Trailer goes out the door.

Waxing helps maintain the gel coated fiberglass protective finish, and insures a great first impression of your restroom trailer. We recommend waxing your restroom trailer in the spring before restroom rental season and in the fall when you are winterizing your restroom trailer. If you’re lucky enough to live in a warm weather climate where you don’t need to winterize your restroom trailer, twice a year is our recommendation for waxing your restroom trailer.

Remember, the first impression needs to be the best impression.
